Warranty of Service

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, Pool Paint Screen LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship under normal maintenance. This warranty does not cover any problems caused by weather conditions, or malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.

As part of the project, photos and videos may be taken for marketing purposes, always with the utmost respect for our customers' privacy. Unless the customer provides written objection, this content may be used publicly on our online profiles.

Upon project completion, it is crucial to conduct an in-depth walk-around of the area with the team manager to ensure that everything has been completed as expected. If any issues are identified or any warranty claims are made after the project is finished, the team will have up to 30 days to address the issue.

Furthermore, we enforce a strict no-tolerance policy regarding any content or actions that could be considered defamatory, misleading, or negatively impacting the company's finances and its reputation, threats towards the company or any of its employees, interference with work, or any instances of withheld or unpaid payments of the agreed invoice. Such actions will result in an automatic forfeiture of the warranty and may lead to the suspension of any ongoing work on the project, at the discretion of Pool Paint Screen LLC.
